| Description: The airplane was on its route between Manaus and Barcelos both in Brazilian Amazonas state. The initial information suggest that the aircraft was having a normal descend, but it did not have enough runway on the ground. The landing was attempted in the middle part of the runway with less than half-way of the track available. The weather conditions at the Barcelos airport were reported to be difficult, with low visibility due to heavy rain. The airplane crashed into the nearby vegetation with no survivors among the two crew members and the twelve passengers.
